(1) Raw materials: We purchase materials from qualified suppliers. We go to their factories for sampling test.
(2) Manufacturing process inspection
- Automatic winding: Inspect winding diameter and number of windings
- Automatic tinning: Inspect the length of the tin cover
- Automatic wrapping: Inspect stripping length
- Automatic taping
- Automatic cutting: Inspect the length of foot with tin covering, foot diameter
(3) Finished products inspection: L value detection, electrical performance test, inspection of the adhesion of magnetic strip and winding, dimension inspection, packaging inspection
